Brief History

Call24 is based in Plymouth, Devon and has been providing 24hour, 7 days a week call response service for 20 years. Over those 20 years we have prided ourselves on the dedicated and caring response we offer to those who have had to press their alarms for prompt assistance. The response centre is an efficient and friendly place to work, but uses the most up-to-date call response computer software, so that your call is dealt with as calmly and efficiently as possible. That call response service is quality checked and approved by our trade body, the Telecare Services Association.

We also pride ourselves on the quality of the service that we offer to install the call equipment that you buy from Call24. Again, that service is quality checked and approved by the Telecare Services Association, providing assurance that our installers will install the equipment where you need it, that it is working to your satisfaction, and how to use it is fully explained.

The Call24 service promotes independent living, and should be available to those who need it. We are therefore concerned that the service we offer is affordable and as such we actively monitor our competitors to ensure that ours is as competitive as we can make it. We also have links on this website to local authorities who may in certain circumstances be able to offer financial assistance to acquire your Call24 service.
