This simplistic option provides you with:

- A friendly call response service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - all at the touch of a button
- Simple to follow installation instructions
- Reassurance that we will deal with all emergencies
Available for £3.12 (excluding VAT) per week, plus £9.99 for delivery*
(Note: most Call24 customers are eligible for a VAT free service which we will deal with when you order your Call24 alarm)

For self installation customers living outside of Devon (and where a Mobile Response Unit is not in operation), we require customers to have at least 2 keyholders. Those keyholders must be able to reach your property within 15-20 minutes in the event that they need to assist you where your alarm activation does not require the emergency services. It is essential that the minimum requirement for 2 keyholders is maintained at all times with any changes notified to us.
Responsibilities of keyholders:-
- Our trained operators may call a keyholder at any time of the day or night for reasons such as that the alarm has been activated but we receive no response from you, detailing that you are ok.
- We require notification of your named keyholders before we can dispatch your Call24 self-install personal alarm system which will be requested within the paperwork that we send you to fill out and return.
- Your keyholders will have a key to the property, or know where a key is sited, or know the code number to your Keysafe.
- If for any reason, such as a holiday, or illness, or they are not able to help for a period of time; it is essential that your keyholders contact us and that you provide us with another keyholder during their absence so that you have a minimum of 2 at any one time.
- If your keyholders should have a change of address or telephone number, again, you will need to let us know immediately.
